Salgomma Information

Founded in 1951 by Luigi Borgotti, Salgomma is a leading company in the production of rubber components for the automotive industry. Since the 1990s, under the guidance of Laura Borgotti, the company has strengthened its collaboration with customers, particularly in the development and testing phases of products. Over the years, Salgomma has expanded its product range, specializing not only in all-rubber articles but also in hybrid rubber-metal and rubber-plastic components, as well as sealing gaskets and cut and extruded products in a wide range of materials. Among the polymers processed by the company are EPDM (both sulfur and peroxide-cured), NBR, CR, NR, IR, ECO, VMQ, EAM, and AEM, also available in colored versions. In 2019, Salgomma enters the SATA Group (www.sata-group.com), an evolution that has allowed for the optimization of internal processes and further strengthening of its commitment to the automotive sector.
