SAL Engineering is the in-house project engineering unit of SAL, specialising in marine heavy lift and offshore installation. Our permanently employed team – naval architects, structural & welding engineers, master mariners and marine engineers – turns complex requirements into executable methods. What we do: lift plans, stowage and sea-fastening, feasibility and method statements, FEM and motion analysis, workability assessments, route/port studies, rigging and deck layout, documentation, and on-site supervision for load-outs, hook-ups and toolbox talks. We iterate fast to protect schedule and reduce risk.
