At saje, we believe people deserve more from mental health care — and clinicians deserve a better system in which to deliver it. We are building a new model of multidisciplinary mental health care: relational, team-based and deeply human. Too often, mental health care asks patients to navigate complexity alone. They move between GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists and other supports, often without a shared formulation, clear communication or someone holding the whole picture. It is frustrating for patients. It is frustrating for referrers. And it makes it harder for clinicians to do the kind of work they came into healthcare to do. saje is being built to change that. Our model is based on synchronised care: psychiatrists, psychologists, GPs with a special interest in mental health, care navigators and specialist therapists working together around one person, with shared understanding and genuine communication. The goal is not just more services under one roof. It is better coordination, better clinical thinking and a more human experience of care. Opening in Woollahra, Sydney in July 2026, saje will offer psychiatry, psychology, GP mental health, care navigation and advanced therapies within a calm, thoughtfully designed clinic environment. For patients, saje is a place that sees the whole of them. For referrers, it is a team they can trust with the people in their care.
