The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) is a Section 21 company that was launched in July 1996. Our objective is to lead transformation within the South African property sector by facilitating economic participation and skills development for previously disadvantaged individuals. Through our various programmes, events and strong relationships with public sector and the business community, SAIBPP aims to ensure more representative participation in the property industry. SAIBPP is a member-based professional organisation; membership is open to all professionals within the property industry, corporates, public sector departments and employees, entrepreneurs as well as students. We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa, with satellite chapters in the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.
