SAI MACHINE TOOLS PVT. LTD. has grown to become the largest manufacturer of Plastic Processing Machinery in Central India with very latest screw cutting thread milling less brander (USA) equipment. The company setup operations at plot no. 23, Sector A, Sanwer Road Industrial Area, Indore (M.P.) in 1988, under technical guidance of Mr. Ashok Jaiswal, who is Managing Director of the company. The company achieved peak performance in the very first financial year of operations. The company has focused on developing export as a business strategy. Now, the company has exported more than 30% of its total sales. The designing and R&D department is continuously modifying the products to serve plastic industry. The company is also increasing its product range from time to time and now manufacturing single and twin both types of extruders. In a short span "SMTPL" has installed more than 1100 extruder lines globally. “SMTPL” has moved towards the development of higher output plant and machinery of HDPE/LDPE and LLDPE pipes, and also introduced 1200 kgs. per hour capacity LDPE/LLDPE 5Mtr. width film and tubing plants. The company has also developed PPR Three Layer Pipe Plant which is used specially for Hot & Cold Water transportation.
