With a wealth of experience across both the public and private sectors, Sage provides a new approach to affordable housing that enhances traditional models while putting residents at the centre of our business. We will uphold the strict ethical standards of the sector while offering a flexible, dynamic and efficient service experience to our residents. The Sage team has provided homes for over 100,000 families across the public and private sectors. It brings together senior executives from housing associations, the public sector, and institutional residential management to tackle the challenges affecting housing in England. Using a long term approach and significant new institutional investment, Sage will provide quality affordable homes at scale. Our ambition is to become one of the UK’s major housing providers. Sage is injecting new funding into the sector by acquiring and maintaining affordable housing as part of Section 106 agreements. We are partnering with developers and managers from across the residential market, both public and private, to increase the supply of quality affordable housing across all tenures. We use a modern, dynamic, and dependable approach to management that provides a best in class service to tenants. We will ensure all our services are available online and easily accessible by our tenants. Sage is working in partnership with some of the most established Registered Providers: all of our homes will be managed by best in class rated Registered Providers with established stock in the same local authority area. We offer local authorities full nomination rights across all tenures. Sage is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency.
