Safeway Security provides a Maintenance Service/Contract for various security systems. There are 2 different levels of cover we offer, Service Care and Total Care. Service Care covers your designated system for the following (relating to genuine faults on the system ie not alterations/extensions to the system): 1 years cover (24/7) Call out charges Labour incurred through investigation work 1 Annual maintenance visit to service and test the system to relevant standards Freephone contact number Total Care includes the same cover as above, but also includes the following for complete peace of mind: Replacement of any faulty parts on the system we fitted (regardless of age) Routine replacement of any service items such as panel/bell standby batteries etc as required Option of monthly standing order payment Due to the large range of systems that we fit, it is not possible to include individual package prices here. For example, a fire alarm requiring 4 visits per annum will be priced completely different to a small domestic intruder alarm system. Please note: Police Monitored systems require a service visit every 6 months, this is additional for these systems. Deliberate or accidental damage is not covered under any maintenance cover. To provide our service requirements on routine maintenance visits and to take care of any general fault finding and testing work, we make use of equipment and electrical filters from ACT meters as well as Robin Meters. For more specialist fire detection testing we use the 'No Climb' equipment from Solo. This enables testing and removal of smoke and heat detector heads up to 9m/30ft from the engineer.
