Safety John is a reporting App for Workplace Safety Management.With Safety John users can create hazard reports and send them via email. With in the Hazard report; users record the hazard information , including photos or video, the initial risk of their hazard and may record their suggested or actual controls in the report with an updated risk rating. Once finished just send vial email. All reports are one page PDF. Great uses for this App include Hazard or Near miss reporting, General Risk Assessments of hazards in the workplace and documentation and archiving of this data in a timely and cost effective manner
