Safe Horizon is the largest victim service organization in the country. Every year, 250,000 people seek safety through our services. Clients come to us following experiences of physical violence, sexual violence, community violence, emotional abuse, and exploitation. Often they have experienced multiple forms of harm, and for many, it was made worse by an institution that was supposed to protect them. Our Mission: To stand with those who have experienced violence, abuse, and exploitation. We offer unwavering support and advocate for systemic change. Our Vision: We envision a world where safety is a universal human right, and we all share a collective responsibility to protect and uphold it. We strive for a society where people are safe in their communities, homes, bodies, and minds.

The mission of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay is to ensure that no one in our community has to face crisis alone. We are here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as the community’s gateway to help, hope and healing. Safe Haven Family Shelter empowers Middle Tennessee homeless families with children to achieve lasting self-sufficiency. For over 30 years, Safe Haven has served as the only shelter-to-housing program in Middle Tennessee that accommodates homeless families. Families receive comprehensive services that empower them to achieve lasting self-sufficiency. Safe Haven’s approach is one of service, compassion, trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
