Safe Access was formed in 1998 to serve a much needed niche in the market to offer filtered Internet access. Safe Access grew slowly through the Internet boom and bust with steady word of mouth marketing and satisfied customers. Soon, Safe Access was providing filtered Internet access all across the United States.
