Corporate Angel Network is 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that arranges free flights for cancer patients traveling to and from treatment using empty seats on business aircraft. Since its founding in 1981, CAN has grown to include over 500 corporations, including half of the fortune 100, and has arranged more than 66,000 flights. Angel Flight West is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Our network of 1,600+ pilots throughout the 12 Western states donate their aircraft, piloting skills, and all flying costs to help families in need, enabling them to receive vital treatment that might otherwise be inaccessible because of financial, medical, or geographic limitations.

Flight For Life Transport Service, a non-profit organization, began in 1984 and will be celebrating 41 years of service to Wisconsin. The service has bases in Hartford and Burlington WI. Our headquarters and Communication Center are located in Waukesha WI. Aviation services are provided by Apollo MedFlight.
