Saarde was established in 2018. Founded by Shenol and Verity Kizek, they had a vision to share the rich heritage of Turkish textiles and food, while bringing a fresh and modern take to these authentic items. Saarde draw inspiration from a combination of relaxed Mediterranean and Australian beach side living. The skilled artisans making Saarde goods are also a source of endless inspiration and motivation. Textural luxury, natural materials, traditional techniques and pared back style. Olive groves, azure waters, salty skin, shared sunset feasts. We cover both the retail and wholesale segments of the market and have a rapidly growing online business. Currently we have 200+ retail stores in Australia and 30+ stores in the United States that stock our products. Saarde currently employs 5 people + 6 Sales agents across Australia and we're committed to supporting and developing our employees and the people we work with. We conduct regular factory audits ensuring all suppliers are compliant with minimum standards (including minimum wages, ethical sourcing and factory working conditions).
