Please note, working day refers to weekdays - Monday to Friday, and does not cover Saturday or Sunday or National holidays. In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. Non-stock items normally will be shipped within 7-10 days. Saabpartners.com vof will endeavour to keep you regularly updated on any non-stock items ordered and that are on back order for more than 10 days. Saabpartners.com vof shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only. All packages are covered by transit insurance for a period of 28 days from the date of shipment from Saabpartners.com vof. In the case of any damage or instances of delivery failure you MUST inform us within 21 days of the date of shipment. You should email us via our contact page clearly stating your order number, together with details of the problem. Failure to notify us may result in your package no longer being covered by insurance, and consequently the liability for loss or damage will have to be borne by the customer. Deliveries will be made to the delivery address provided by you during checkout, you may select a different delivery address to your billing address if required (eg. a work address etc.). Please note that we can only ship to the one delivery address provided and can not use any alternative (eg neighbour etc.). All packages must be signed for at the delivery address provided and will not be left without a signature.
