In 2008, Melissa Ben-Ishay was fired from her job in advertising. Passionate about baking since childhood, Melissa decided to do what she loved and Baked by Melissa was born. Today, Baked by Melissa is famous for its signature, bite-size treats. With the idea that people should be able to taste more flavors without a post-dessert guilt trip, Melissa personally develops all of Baked by Melissa’s unique, bite-size creations and product offerings. Baked by Melissa operates 14 locations and ships nationwide.

Founded in 2008 by Gina “Gigi” Butler in downtown Nashville, Tenn., Gigi’s Cupcakes has grown to become America’s favorite cupcake franchise with more than 40 locations nationwide. Gigi’s Cupcakes offers a wide variety of high-quality, freshly baked goods, including cupcakes, cakes, cookies and more both in store and available online for delivery. Each treasured cupcake recipe comes from Gigi’s family, and every cupcake is baked fresh daily using premium ingredients then decorated by hand with swirls of rich, creamy frosting. Every location has Gluten Friendly cupcakes as well as unique flavors and local favorites.
