SAA is a progressive and innovative design based practice with an enviable reputation for the quality and excellence of our architectural and structural design work. Our practice produces work that is refined, cra*ed and purpose made so instead of uninspiring repetition we respond to projects to deliver bespoke solutions and building structures that make a real difference. We have built our reputation on a dedication to design excellence, careful planning and an unrivalled understanding of our client needs. We are a family run business and over three decades of extensive experience and knowledge of planning process has enabled us to push the boundaries of delivering projects on fast track. Established in 1978, by Er. Subhash Bansal, the practice was joined by his wife Ar. Anita Bansal in the year 1982. With its associates, SAA has now grown to a practice of more than 50 architects/ engineers/technicians including both the founding members. This is then split up into two teams each of which includes a director and is supported by team leader and a team of architects/technologists/assistants selected in accordance with their expertise and experience. The director’s personal involvement on each project ensures attention to detail and ensures continuity to the project from inception to delivery that seldom is a problem with other design based firms. We seek to challenge, create and innovate through the design process.
