S3MEA is development-oriented IT company, specialized in high definition live streaming, providing for advanced advertising. We offer affordable solutions, which are based on cloud infrastructure, innovative engineering solution and easy use. Our primary service is branded »What’s up cams«, a web platform providing for an easy publication of the live stream video in high definition from interesting locations and events. It enables the visitors of the web portals and members of the social networks to live stream anywhere and anytime. On the basis of results and experience acquired on the pilot project in several countries, we have developed a technology, by which we easy manage a dynamic content in live stream of high HD quality. We have set a cloud platform for distribution of a stream video, providing for a reliable operation at simultaneous access of several thousand viewers using Internet-of-Things paradigm as lead design theme for low cost webcam devices. We follow the development of internet multimedia technologies and services with own innovative solutions. The service has four target groups: • hosts of web or panoramic cameras on attractive tourist locations, • operators of the web portals, forums and social networks, • companies, media agencies, tourist organizations and other advertisers • viewers (users of social networks, communities …)
