S3 was established in 2009 and is widely recognized as being at the leading edge of contemporary Australian Architectural Design and Delivery. The studio was brought together and forged on the philosophy of creating meaningful and challenging architecture, embracing the advancements in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to realize this. We are relationship driven and realize the importance of loving what we do in doing what we love. We invest in an intelligent, collaborative design process to implement and deliver sustainable, rational and innovative buildings. S3's Design and Delivery strategy strives to integrate people, systems, business structures and practices into a process that collaboratively harnesses the talents and insights of all participants to optimize project results, increase value to the owner, reduce risk, and maximize efficiency through all phases of design, fabrication, and construction using BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology.
