S2 Integrity Consulting (S2IC) was founded to support one of the most important transitions a service member will make: the move from military service to the civilian workforce. While many organizations focus on helping service members transition out of the military, S2IC works from the other side of the equation: helping industry pull them in. Through our expertise in the DoW SkillBridge Program, we help employers create meaningful pathways for transitioning servicemembers to gain civilian experience, build professional networks, and launch successful post-military careers. At the same time, organizations gain access to highly skilled, mission-driven talent at no salary cost during the internship period, as the DoW continues to provide participants' pay and benefits. Trusted by employers and valued partners across industry, government, and the nonprofit sector, S2IC develops, manages, and supports SkillBridge programs that strengthen workforce pipelines while creating successful outcomes for those who have served. In addition to program management, we provide complimentary consultations for transitioning and retiring servicemembers, as well as educational sessions for employers seeking to leverage SkillBridge as a strategic workforce development solution.
