Amit Enterprises Housing Ltd, leading builder in Maharashtra since 1983, has completed over 70 quality residential & commercial projects in Pune & other parts of Maharashtra. It is public incorporated with Registrar of Companies, Pune, India since 2008. Few milestones in reverse chronological order: In 2014 Amit Enterprises Housing Ltd launched 15 acre gated community Astonia Classic, RERA approved, a 15 acre, an ultra modern, luxurious project, equipped with all amenities and top security, was launched in the fast developing area, Undri in Pune. The project exclusively houses 2 BHK apartments and is specifically targeted at young, modern working families. It reflects the youthful, elite and modern spirit of the brand, in conjunction with luxury. In 2011, the brand spread its reach to Nashik, where over an area of 27 acres, Eka was launched. This ultra luxurious project has become one of the most sought after residential attractions in the fast developing city of Nashik. It's a RERA approved project. 2010 was a crucial year for Amit Enterprises Housing Limited (AEHL). AEHL had already attained the status of a trusted, reliable brand, the qualities that are integral to the Sachin Tendulkar. Therefore, in 2010 the little master accepted to be the brand ambassador of AEHL. AEHL also undertook various social initiatives under Sachin's able and enthusiastic captaincy. In 2008, the first luxury project, Bloomfield, RERA approved project, was launched at Ambegaon. Offering assortments of lavish apartments, row houses, and villas with unmatched opulence, elegance and amenities and top-notch security. With this project, Amit Enterprises Housing Limited built a podium of 2 lac sq ft in Pune. in 2005 Ved Vihar, first Gated Community in the out skirts of Pune,a combination of Luxury as well as Convenience; had remarkably 100 bookings in a short while. The project was completed in the year 2007, and has now become a prime landmark in Kothrud Area. The RERA approved phase- II of Ved Vihar has also been launched.
