S. J. CONSTRUCTION, Inc has been in business since 1992. We are a smaller firm and we take a great deal of pride in customer satisfaction. We will always try to fit your project to your budget. Since we are a general contractor and a construction company, we believe in using the right people for each job. We have Carpenters, Painters, Roofers, Window, Door and Siding installers on staff. We have established good relationships with licensed electricians, plumbers, concrete, flooring, heating and air conditioning contractors. You will be more comfortable knowing that the job was done by qualified, licensed and insured contractors. We also have a variety of quality suppliers to make sure we can meet your needs for your special projects. Our staff can assist you with any custom projects you might have. Residential codes have changed through the years. And we try to keep up to date with these changes. We are landlord friendly, and we are also a Lead abatement contractor and a Medicare provider. We work with the City of Waterloo and Cedar Falls on their rehabilitation projects. We also work with the City and County on some of their smaller projects.
