Shirley and Jack chose a storefront in the East Village to open their business because they loved the neighborhood, casual presence a storefront offered to the firm. The company was built on bringing value-added off market deals to our clients and developing long-term relationships. We dedicate our resources in finding the best deals for our client's. Our understanding comes from listening carefully to each client's needs' and working closely with them over time. When we find opportunities, we don't mass market them - we bring them to one client at a time so that our clients are not competing against each other for the same deal.
