All you need to do is sign the weekly timecard---we assume all of the employer responsibility and you just receive a simple weekly invoice. Temp-To-Hire This program allows you to try the employee, actually working in the position, during a probationary period. If you and the associate determine it’s a perfect match, you can bring them on to your company’s roster. We still assume all of the employer responsibility during this time—you can just sit back and evaluate the situation. How easy is that!
