Please see our services page for a full list of our professional services. Timothy E. Ryan is founder and owner of Ryan Land Surveying. His career began in 1986 as a Field Artillery Surveyor in the U.S Army. He was elected class leader of his M.O. S. surveying school and Graduated A.I.T with honors. He served in Germany with the 3rd Infantry Division as a Position and Azimuth Determining System (PADS) Surveyor with duties of site orientation for his radar battery. After an Honorable Discharge, he attended NKU and Cincinnati State. He has been with a large Engineering firm for 18 years and worked on all types of surveys using the latest technology available. His experience as a Military and a Civilian surveyor brings a diverse set of skills to the surveying community. His love of surveying goes beyond just being a job, its his life! Tim is past Chairman of the Northern Kentucky chapter of the Kentucky Association of Professional Land Surveyors. He is a family man with a lovely wife and three kids. His hobbies are golfing, hunting, and refereeing youth basketball as a KHSSA licensed official.
