Well known for our golf specific programs our team holds certifications as Titleist Performance Institute trainer, Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Health and Physical Education certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Our training and techniques allow you to play golf longer and more efficiently. We use our human kinetics education and cutting edge golf conditioning programming to help you reach your goals whether it’s lowering your handicap, losing weight, or making a significant lifestyle change for the better! The most recent addition to Ry 9 Fitness is a Workplace Wellness division. Our workplace wellness program is structured around best practice planning, not a newsletter program. Striving to help our clients make lifestyle modifications rather than drastic short term goals is the key aspect of our business plan.
