Below are some of the services we offer: - Purchase of new and used hardware and accessories - RXWare leverages an extensive network of OEM relationships to deliver cost-effective (and custom) solutions to clients - Decommission of assets - RXWare purchases excess and retired assets, which allows IT and Operations departments to lower their CAPEX by turning decommissioned assets into working capital - 3rd Party Service and Maintenance Contracts - These contracts are aligned with Sun/Oracle, Cisco, HP/3PAR, IBM and other manufacturer’ service contracts with identical SLA's and 24x7 helpdesk support. Our discounts range from 40-65% from typical manufacturers service contracts. We are able to provide support for legacy hardware which is still in production and no longer supported by the original manufacturer. In most cases, RXWare has the ability to store spare parts on-site at clients facility.
