RX/PMI is the first real-time, continuously updating PMI for prescribed medications using AI-powered images and speech-driven responses to patient questions. RX/PMI replaces conventional documentation with immediate, AI-powered, speech-based responses to patients' questions about prescription medications. It’s image-based, does not require apps or QR codes, and delivers a prescription image via the pharmacy's SMS notification system. RX/PMI uses private data via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (“RAG”) to generate patient PMI data from non-Internet sources in combination with the PMI data provided by drug manufacturers and the FDA. RX/PMI also collects patient queries, reactions, and messages anonymously and analyzes this data using heatmaps.
