RxMM Health is a specialist in climate controlled Hydroponic Cultivation of Medical Cannabis for international markets that have regulated medical cannabis laws. The Company's business strategy is based on establishing a vertically integrated “Farm to Pharma” business model, building operations across the supply chain, including advanced high-tech growing operations, production and commercialisation of medical cannabis products. RxMM will organize and manage under government permit, greenhouse production and distribution of medical grade cannabis from “state-of-the-art”, climate controlled hydroponic growing systems to licensed dispensaries in California, and when legislated, pursue a similar business plan in Australia. The Company is raising its early capital from sophisticated investors through a private placement of its shares and it plans to conduct a reverse merger into a publicly traded company on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in 2016.
