Our team of dedicated engineers and designers are committed to finding solutions to the design challenges presented by architecturally complex buildings. We are proud of our reputation for efficient system design and of the longstanding relationships we have with many of the most distinguished architects and owners in the United States. We utilize the latest design tools and technologies including fully customized design software and BIM systems. We are dedicated to responsible engineering practices and are committed to fully integrated sustainable designs, including, but not limited to, our many LEED certified projects. Under President Paul D. Sullivan, P.E., LEED AP, the firm has grown by 90% in the past ten years. Our office is located in the Schrafft Center in Boston, MA where we employ over 90 engineers, designers, and staff who proudly maintain the values that have successfully identified the company for over 65 years.
