Small Business Corporations, Professional Corporations, Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, and their owners. Manage risk and minimize tax; business continuation and succession planning; estate planning; employee benefit plan consultation and implementation; employee retirement plan consultation and implementation; Individual Pension Plans (IPP's), personal life, disability, and critical illness needs, and individual retirement planning services. 2. Individuals and Families Individual retirement planing services and asset accumulation using RSP's, Tax Free Savings Accounts, and Corporate Class Mutual Funds; Family balance sheet reorganization to reduce interest paid on borrowed money and faster repayment of mortgages and other liabilities; investment and tax planning; income strategies to maximize after tax retirement income; educational savings planning using RESP's; detailed estate planning; charitable gift planning. Life insurance, disability insurance, and critical illness insurance needs analysis, recommendation and implementation.
