RVIT is owned and operated by Bob Clement, a long time resident of the Rogue Valley. You may recognize Bob from his earlier "pre-retirement" business success as the Snap-On Tool Representative for 23 years covering Southern Oregon and Northern California. When Bob decided to retire, he and his wife Janet chose to tour the nation in their motor home. When they completed their explorations and returned to the Rogue Valley in 2003, Bob decided he "had to do something." After considering the many options available to him, Bob launched Rogue Valley Ink Jet and Toner, refilling ink jet printer cartridges and remanufacturing laser printer toner cartridges. Bob later chose to focus exclusively on remanufacturing toner cartridges and adjusted his business name to what it is today, RVIT. While RVIT started humbly, customers quickly discovered the value and cost-effectiveness of remanufactured toner cartridges. With quality products and exceptional customer service, RVIT's customer base expanded and now provides toner cartridges to over 200 businesses, professional offices, schools and government organizations in the Rogue Valley. Most people know the importance of saving, whether it's money or the environment. RVIT provides an easy way to do both! Remanufacturing toner cartridges accomplishes the important goals of protecting the environment by re-using the plastic cases while assisting local businesses in saving money.
