Rustic Touch is a family Building Design and Construction company that has specialised in sustainable, custom designs, alterations & additions, and knock-down rebuilds for over 35 years. Rustic Touch takes pride in creating Healthy Homes which combine Solar Passive Design with an emphasis on sustainable building practices. Our mission at Rustic Touch is to design, create, and build each home uniquely to reflect the nature, lifestyle of the individual family, and the surrounding environment. As one of the most awarded Central Coast Designer/ Builders, Rustic Touch has been showcasing its work within the industry since 1987, taking home 35 awards. As members of The Housing Industry Association, Master Builders Association, and The Building Designers Association, Both Debra and Antony keep up with new industry standards. Client's needs, land topography, and climate are the three main design elements Rustic Touch focuses on when creating their designs. Due to the demand, in 2014 Rustic Touch created a solar passive pre-design range 'Distinctive Design Homes'. This Design range has a strong focus on quality, not quantity, with only a select number of distinctive design homes built a year we ensure that your home will be unique.
