Russo Modular is a Phoenix-based manufacturer of steel-framed commercial buildings for the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Founded in 2007 with roots in structural steel fabrication and food service construction, the company has spent nearly two decades building expertise that now drives a focused approach: delivering QSR buildings that are fully finished and code compliant in approximately 90 days, compared to the 8–12 months typical of traditional construction. Every component is engineered and fabricated in house in a controlled factory environment, from structural steel to floor systems designed to perform in real restaurant conditions, then delivered ready for installation. The company partners with national and regional QSR brands on drive-thru buildings, including freestanding restaurants, coffee kiosks and multi-lane drive-thru formats.
