RunFriendly has a mission to help make the world’s cities more run-friendly. As well as being the world’s biggest participation sport, running is cheap, safe, easy and fun. That said urban running is not without its hassles. We focus on overcoming these barriers to everyday running - which we call run-kinks - to help more people run more often, happily, safely & with ease. In an era of growing obesity, inactivity and toxic air quality we think this matters more than ever. We champion running & other forms of active travel, through our activation campaigns with brands and city governments, our RunFriendly Cities Index, and our RunFriendly App. By removing barriers to active travel, RunFriendly can empower individuals to make big, meaningful changes to their mental and physical wellbeing.
