rundzwei Information

rundzwei is a Berlin-based architecture practice working across scales – from individual homes and housing to office, commercial and educational buildings, as well as urban design. Our work combines international project experience with a continuous exploration of materials, construction and resource-conscious building. Research and design go hand in hand: we look closely at the place, the task, the resources already available and the people who will use our buildings. We question the obvious, explore possibilities and are not afraid to experiment. We work with natural and reused materials, develop new approaches to construction and rethink established building types. Not to be different for the sake of it, but to find a better answer to each particular task. rundzwei was founded in Berlin in 2012 by Andreas Reeg and Marc Dufour-Feronce.
