Ruling Technologies is a private limited company. The initial concept was to establish an independent software vendor for integrated software/hardware solutions in Asia. This company would follow German standards for quality and time management, therefore out-leaping the competition which works according to local standards. The company would focus on customers who are looking to strike a balance between good quality on one hand and cheap production capabilities in Asia on the other hand. Though being a bold concept, it has proven to provide Ruling with the competitive edge to sustain in the market at a substantial growth. RT provides Software Services in advanced technologies fields to our customers in Germany, Malaysia, China, Taiwan and Japan. Our ability to provide high tech solutions and/or integration on schedule is a key to our continued success in the market. RT has been established to add resources to the resource pool to ensure continued timely service to our customers. RT is a company who ensures the protection of our own Intellectual Property (IP) as well as the IP of our customers and the IP of other companies.
