Based on the derived knowledge models we support in the development of knowledge based systems for customer support or back office support. An important aspect of our work consists of setting up the process within the client organisation with which they can do this type of analysis and modelling in a consistent, repeatable way. Highly independent of individual employees AND technology independent. Our employees al have university degrees in informatics, artificial intelligence and law.
