Rulebase, Inc. was founded in 1998 by David B. Pinkus and Dave Parker, two Silicon Valley consultants who discovered a consistent need among their clients to integrate their existing systems with other types of communications, primarily e-mail. After relocating separately to Phoenix, Arizona, they formed Rulebase and began the creation of DeliveryMan, the first system for managing the delivery and receipt of information. Rulebase specializes in developing applications that get the right information, to the right person, at the right time. The company's products include solutions tailored to create proactive sales and marketing approaches, connect multiple data sources, integrate with existing CRM applications, automate and personalize communications, and reduce operating costs. Now based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Rulebase in June named IBM executive Robert J. Puskar as President and CEO, bringing to the Company more than 30 years experience and a clear understanding of business needs for effective and efficient communication sharing.
