Scottish Rugby is the governing body for rugby union in Scotland. INTERNATIONAL RUGBY Based at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, we administer Scotland's international rugby teams, and Scotland's two professional clubs, Edinburgh Rugby and Glasgow Warriors. Rugby Australia was formed in 1949 to give the game a national governing body which represents all levels of Rugby in Australia and across all eight member union states and territories. The inaugural meeting of the Australian Rugby Football Union was held on November 25, 1949 with 11 delegates from New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. It is a member of World Rugby and was established as a company in 1985.
