Since its establishment 30 years ago, Lush Cosmetics has been driven by innovation and its ethics.
Creators of pioneering beauty products such as the bath bomb, shower jellies and solid shampoo bars, Lush places emphasis on fresh ingredients like organic fruits and vegetables.
Lush operates a strict policy against animal testing and supports fair trade and community trade initiatives. Lush leads the cosmetics industry in combating over-packaging by running public awareness campaigns and developing products that can be sold ‘naked’ to the consumer without any packaging. There are 923 Lush shops in 52 countries worldwide.
In Australia, we employ over 500 people from manufacturing staff, sales staff in store and online who serve our customers to the teams hand-making our products in the Sydney-based factory. In 2015, Lush received the Australian Retailer of the Year award.
Our Core Beliefs:
We believe in making effective products from fresh, organic fruit and vegetables, the finest essential oils and safe synthetics.
We invent our own products and fragrances. We make them fresh by hand using little or no preservative or packaging, using only vegetarian ingredients, and tell you when they were made.
We believe in buying ingredients only from companies that do not commission tests on animals and in testing our products on humans.
We believe in happy people making happy soap, putting our faces on our products and making our mums proud.
We believe in long candlelit baths, sharing showers, massage, filling the world with perfume and in the right to make mistakes, lose everything and start again.
We believe our products are good value, that we should make a profit and that the customer is always right.
The Body Shop International Limited is the original natural and ethical beauty brand.
Our heritage is an amazing story of firsts. The first to create Body Butter, the first to use manmade musk in fragrance rather than cruelly-extracted deer musk, the first to transform the beauty industry with fair trade ingredients.
For close to 50 years The Body Shop has shown the world that business can be a force for good, anchored by our founder Anita Roddick’s pioneering approach to doing business. We exist to make a positive difference to people’s lives. We create superior quality products using the world’s finest natural ingredients to make your skin feel so good.
Globally, we have over 3000 stores in 68 countries. In Australia we have 90 retail stores nationally and an e-commerce site for our customers to shop regardless of location. Our people are passionate, independent, diverse individuals. Sounds like you? Join us!
Welcome to Coco & Eve, clinically effective hair, skin, and body. Inspired by the lush, vibrant landscapes of Bali, we've been shaking up the beauty game since 2018, starting with our game-changer: the Like a Virgin Hair Masque.
You'll find us hanging out with some of the biggest names in beauty like Sephora, SpaceNK, Ulta, Douglas, and Cult Beauty.
But what really makes us Coco & Eve? We’re all about harnessing the power of Mother Nature, using the best of Bali’s native ingredients in our formulas. Think raw virgin coconuts, tropical botanicals, and deliciously ripe fruits, all ethically sourced and cruelty-free. Plus, we're 100% vegan and say a big NO to nasties like toxins, parabens, and sulphates.
We’re not just about looking good, we’re about feeling good too. With 22 beauty awards, 1.5 million units of our iconic Hair Masque sold, a quadruple sell-out of our Sunny Honey Bali Bronzing Foam (talk about a glow-up!), and a 47,000-strong waitlist for our super-hydrating shampoo and conditioner, we know a thing or two about top-notch beauty.
