Ruby M's started life as a hobby for a group of friends in 1998 and during negotiations one of them was made redundant. He reluctantly started as Manager of Ruby M's without any experience but soon learned that Food Quality and Customer Service was the key to a successful operation. Having run the operation with his partners for 7 years, an opportunity arose to relinquish the Banqueting Room back to the Landlord. After a lot thought and soul searching, it was felt that it was too good an opportunity to pass. Left with just the restaurant, it was clear that there was not enough in it for all the partners and so that is when the current owner, Mr Umesh Jivraj, took over sole possession. At this point I would like to Thank the previous partners for giving me this opputunity. Knowing full well that after 7 years it was time to re-decorate the place, I took that challenge head on and here we are today, Ruby M's with its new look. Since then we have tried to remain true to our core belief of Quality Food and Good Service and I hope that your experience on you next visit to Ruby M's will be a good one. We now have a varied Menu to cater for most tastes and I hope you will give us the opportunity to entertain you soon.
