Rubi is the world's first completely passive fetal monitor. Our product is made using a series of nanocomposite strain gauges that were created at Brigham Young University. The sensors are able to pick up baby kicks on the outside of mom's belly and report that to her smart phone. If there is an issue, she can get in contact with her doctor to take the necessary intervening steps. It's basically a "fetal fit bit."
