The Alchemist is a small family run brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPA. Jen and John Kimmich co-founded The Alchemist, originally as a brew pub, in the village of Waterbury, Vt. in 2003. Today, the couple employs a staff of 24 and they produce and distribute 9,000 barrels of their flagship beer, Heady Topper, per year. Their second brewery and visitors center will open in Stowe, Vt. in late spring of 2016.

Citizen Cider, founded in 2010 on a hunch and some good old-fashioned hard work, has quickly become a leading player in the craft cider arena. Citizen Cider strives to look at the bigger picture and focuses on being involved in every aspect of their supply chain, sourcing all fruit directly from local farmers and pressing the juice to create a true craft cider.
