RTP Learning is the professional home for the work and ideas of Raúl T. Pereyra (RTP), an HR, learning and development, leadership, and organizational consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping people and organizations grow. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, learning, human behavior, and organizational life. I’m particularly interested in complex people challenges — understanding what’s really happening, finding the patterns beneath the surface, and turning those insights into practical strategies, learning experiences, conversations, and solutions that help people move forward.
