RTL Contracting Ltd Information

RTL Group Contracting Ltd is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality strip-out, protection works, and site logistics solutions across the UK. We support Tier 1 main contractors, fit-out specialists, developers, and asset managers on complex commercial and residential projects, with a strong focus on safety, programme certainty, and sustainability. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience across occupied buildings, high-end commercial offices, landmark assets, and technically challenging environments. We understand that early-stage works set the tone for an entire project, which is why we operate with a highly planned, compliant, and collaborative approach, integrating seamlessly with client teams and wider supply chains. From full building and floor-by-floor strip-outs to detailed soft strip packages, protection strategies, and logistics coordination, we take ownership of the critical enabling works that allow projects to move forward efficiently and safely. Health & Safety, environmental responsibility, and clear communication sit at the core of everything we do. Operating nationwide, RTL Group Contracting Ltd is trusted to deliver with professionalism, transparency, and consistency, building long-term relationships through performance, not promises.
