RTFX Ltd is a pioneer in the online Foreign Exchange Market and forms part of a group of strategic partnering companies with a history dating back to 1995. The first entity, Gay, Glauser & Cie, was established in Switzerland in 1995. In 2000, it evolved into Realtime Forex SA (the precursor to RTFX Ltd) and became Switzerland’s first online market maker providing 24-hour online facilities for foreign exchange trading. In March 2009, RTFX Ltd was setup in Malta and is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority under European investment services directives and regulations.
