RSM was founded in 2007 with the intention to confront the challenges of rapidly growing cities plagued with massive traffic congestion and pollution. With its flagship software platform Simon, developed by 40 top scientists at the Helsinki University of Technology in Finland, RSM is changing the face of what it means to truly provide live data and integrating the whole city environment under one cohesive platform.
