R&R Consulting provides expert support to secure and accelerate the certification of organisations, aircraft and equipment across the Aerospace & Defence industry. - Organisation Certification We support organisations in obtaining and maintaining EASA, EMAR and FRA approvals for Design (Part 21J), Production (Part 21G) and Maintenance (Part 145). Our services include gap analyses, certification roadmaps, interim management (HOA, HDO, HISM), SMS implementation, staff training, internal and authority audit preparation, supplier qualification and surveillance, and NADCAP accreditation support. - Aircraft & Equipment Certification Our experts guide customers throughout the certification of aircraft and equipment, from defining the Certification Basis (CS-23/25/27/29, CS-ETSO, Special Conditions, CRIs) to certification planning, compliance demonstration, supplier audits (ARP4754, DO-178C, DO-254), authority interface and team coaching. - Supply Chain Compliance We help approved organisations strengthen supplier compliance through qualification audits, surveillance activities, special process assessments, regulatory compliance (DOA, POA, MOA), and supply chain quality and performance improvement. - Design & Production Privileges Under our own DOA (Part 21J.749) and POA approvals, we design and certify minor and major modifications and repairs across a broad scope, including cabins, hydraulic systems, structures, nacelles and landing gear. We also provide alternative spare-part solutions, aircraft modification kits and EASA Form 1 release. - Training We deliver specialist training covering Part 21, Part 145, DOA, POA, APDOA (ETSO), CS-23/25/27/29, ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, civil and defence airworthiness regulations, embedded systems, quality management and bespoke technical modules.
