RPH Group was established in 2011 by directors with over 25 years of experience in UK road surfacing. From our base in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, we've built a business that spans surfacing, civil engineering and supporting services across the Midlands and beyond. RPH Surfacing delivers the full range of surfacing work, from large-scale highway and sewer packages, car parks and access roads through to footways, driveways and Paco Patching, with our line marking division handling thermoplastic and paint markings to match. RPH Civils covers groundworks, drainage, concrete works, hard landscaping and industrial hard-standings, allowing clients to combine surfacing and civil engineering scopes under one contractor rather than coordinating multiple. Alongside project delivery, we offer paver and plant hire and labour hire to contractors who need experienced operatives or specialist machinery on demand. Our workforce of around 40 directly employed operatives is supported by a fleet that includes Dynapac SD2500W pavers capable of laying up to 5.5 metres, along with Vogele Super 1303-3i and Super 800 Mini machines for tighter, more constrained work. Our client base spans tier one main contractors, local authorities, national retailers, higher education, healthcare and private developers. The projects that mean most to us tend to be the ones we're invited back to. Accreditations include ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified by BM Trada, CHAS Premium Plus, Constructionline, Avetta and SMAS. Investment in training and apprenticeships, including through our partnership with West Nottinghamshire College, remains an ongoing priority.
