We are a Western owned and managed company with factories based in Southern China specialising in Rapid Prototyping, short run and mass production. Our services include CNC machining, Vacuum casting and silicone tooling, SLA and SLS additive prototyping, injection moulding and toolmaking. RP Prototype factory can help you with the following services: - Project management of your projects by qualified English-speaking engineers. - 24 hour operation so we can provide the fastest lead times possible - Low-cost prototypes at a very high quality (we specialise in visual production representative parts) - Design for manufacture (DFM). Our team of engineers have many years developing products from prototype to production. We have invested a lot to ensure we produce everything in-house if possible so we can keep a tight control over quality, timing and our customer’s IP (ISO 27001). Our world-class clean room paint shop is only one of it's kind in a prototyping factory in China. IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified.
