R.P. Fralin, Inc. is a fast growing and fully diversified real estate company based in Roanoke, Virginia. Fralin operates in Southwest and Central Virginia where it manages its four subsidiary businesses: • R. Fralin Homes - Home Building and Community Development • R. Fralin Construction - Commercial and Multifamily Construction • R. Fralin & Associates - Property Management for Single Family, Multifamily and Commercial • R.P. Fralin Investor Holdings - Real Estate Asset Investment Management Since we were founded in 1999, Fralin has completed more than 2,000 homes and several dining, retail, medical, office buildings and manages real estate assets comprised of nearly 1,000 rental housing units and over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space, the majority of which we built.
